By accessing or using the Swoopy website at swoopy.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perceptycs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“Swoopy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Description of service

The Site is a marketing website for Swoopy, a performance marketing agent for Meta advertising campaigns. The Site provides information about Swoopy's features, pricing, and early-access programme.

Swoopy is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or lock in any specific pricing.

Use of the Swoopy application itself (once access is granted) is governed by a separate agreement provided at the time of sign-up.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have full legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, networks, or data associated with the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or index the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Perceptycs Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
